I just came back from target where they have their Halloween on clearance 90% off! I spent 5.60 and saved 49.60! Great deals! EVERYTHING Halloween related is on sale, the cute little stuffed animals, the shirts (some of which don't look anything halloweenish and would be perfect for gifts etc).
Also at old navy we purchased 20 scarves each, they allow more than five you just have to go to the back of the line! Yay! 20$ for 20 scarves isn't bad!
